Rope Access

Rope Access is an internationally recognised safe system of work governed by IRATA. Heritage Stone Access only uses IRATA trained personnel who are skilled and trained craftsmen with a broad range of experience working on historic buildings or structures meaning that we can access a project without scaffolding where the need arises.

All our work involves soft slings and ropes, meaning that no damage is done to the structure. We are able to lift large weights using these methods which is how pinnacles and gargoyles can be fixed with rope access.

Heritage Stone Access technicians can offer a consulting service to support clients from the beginning of any project. Our consulting service includes inspection, reporting, project specification, stone and mortar matching, and measurement and mould taking (templates).
