Heritage Stone Access workers are qualified and specialist in all aspects of stone masonry. All masons who work for the company are Cathedral trained and therefore have the skills and wide range of experience to work masonry, carve, letter-cut and fix on both historic and new build structures.
Our craftspeople have experience in all stone types and detailing in all sorts of architectural styles. Pinnacles, tracery, gargoyles, urns and coats of arms are some examples of the work we can design, create and restore.
Relief work, stone fire surrounds, plaques and all aspects of architectural stone masonry can be carried out.
All works can be completed from start to finish; from the setting out, to the working and fixing of the stone. We can work either as part of a wider restoration project or on an individual commission.
We can:
- repair existing stone work and carvings with replacement elements
- carve new figures or pieces of architectural stonework from drawings, photographs or by in-house design
- reproduce complex pinnacles, capitals and friezes.
